Two Months!

OK, you are going to grounded for not listening to your mommy and daddy - we want you to stay little forever, but you just keep getting bigger and bigger!

My sweet baby girl is 2 months today. Amazing to think about - it feels like forever, yet, I know that it is no time at all. But I can't remember my life without her.

She is an incredibly sweet, content, happy little girl. She has a few fussy times during the day/evening which consist of belting out a whine or two, and then she is done. She loves her swing and loves to be held. She also loves her pacifier and just this weekend started really sucking on her little fist. Although sometimes she will accidentally choke herself (she hasn't figured out that she can move her hand out of her mouth!). Her eyes are getting bluer and her fuzz is getting a little darker and a little longer. She still loves her baths and it is one of my favorite times of the day. Daddy does the bath and then mommy does the baby massage. She is sleeping really well for the most part - she will go down anywhere between 9 and 10 and sleep 6-7 hours, up to feed and quick change and back asleep for 3 hours, and does that again. Then she is up for a while in the morning and afternoon and evening. We spend our time flirting with each other and she learns how to smile (most beautiful smile ever!), playing with her little toys (ok, I play with them, she looks at me funny), trying to do tummy time (she hates it), talking about all the things she sees, reading books, dancing, etc. She is starting to coo now too so we have little conversations. I just love talking with her!!

She is the best thing that has ever happened to us and we fall more in love each day. We feel so very blessed and are not taking a single minute (even the ones at 3am!) for granted.
